| Prizes and selection date | This competition is a game of chance. A single winner will be drawn at random. We will send the iPad to the winners’ home address, which we will collect once the winner has been contacted via telephone. |

| Winner notification | The winner will be contacted and notified within 7 days after the competition has ended. This will be conducted via telephone, or if unreachable via telephone they will be contacted via email to be notified of their prize. - Only residents that reside within NSW are eligible to enter.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
- The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless stated otherwise.
- If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
- Each entrant warrants that he/she will not upload or submit content that contains sexually explicit content or pornography, hateful, defamatory or discriminatory material, incites hatred against any individual or group, depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence, depicts animal cruelty, or any content that is in the opinion of the Promoter would cause harm to its business interest or reputation, portray the Promoter in a negative manner or is otherwise contrary to the law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to approve or reject any or all entries at their discretion. The Promoter has the right to remove and reject any content, material or submission that it considers to be inappropriate.
- The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid. Caution: any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promoter’s website or the information on the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this competition may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law
- Promoter employees (and their immediate families) and agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), expenses, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the entrants competition entry and/or the use of any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Each entrant shall indemnify the Promoter (and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (each an “indemnified person”) for any loss, liability, cost, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any indemnified person as a result of (i) the entrant breaching any of these Terms and Conditions; (ii) a warranty given by the entrant proving to be untrue; and (iii) any personal injury arising from or related to any wrongful or negligent act or omission by the entrant in connection with this competition. The entrant’s liability under the indemnity in this clause is reduced proportionately to the extent that the liability is caused or contributed to by the wrongful or negligent act or omission of any indemnified person.
